Do you read?

After I graduated, I didn’t read extra-curricular readings until I detect that I need to learn more and more knowledge. I believe the most of people just like me that didn’t read after graduated. Well to be honest, who will read after the busy day off? we just want to relax as soon as possible when we get home. But after I start reading, I totally change the thoughts of before.

The reason why I start to read.

When I was a junior, I was studying language for an interview of being flight attendant in senior. However, in the year that I graduated, my mom got some healthy issue, which I have to stay at home for helping my mom’s shop. So I give up on the interview to reconsidered what I really want to do in my future and what kind of live I want to have in my whole life. The answer is I want to have my own carrier and brand. There are another question was show up, which is what should I do in the beginning? Therefore, I keep searching the question of how to be successful? And I just saw the sentence of it that is you have to read more and more books such like Bill Gates did.

    Exercising your mind is likely to reduce your risk of dementia, according to the Alzheimer’s Society. The organization advocates finding something you like doing that challenges your brain and doing it regularly like reading “challenging books”.

    Reading helps put your consciousness on another plane, which will induce sleep. Look at how children adore stories before bedtime, as that helps them to get a great night’s sleep. Moving into a fictional world eases the tension and helps them relax better. That is one of the best ways to get a really restful sleep. What a pity it is that so many of us lose this habit as adults.

    Researchers at the University of Surrey (UK) did a study to see if stress levels were reduced by reading, especially before bed. They found that stress levels were reduced by as much as 68 percent. So, if you are stressed out, why not pick up a book before you go to bed?

    You might think that high-powered executives will read books on marketing before they drift off. Actually, many successful entrepreneurs read anything and everything before bedtime. Why? Research shows that they are going to be much more creative and will have more passion for their projects. It is like looking at the world with a different pair of glasses every time. You begin to see problems, people, and situations with more creativity and ingenuity.
