I think the most of girl’s lifelong dream is to look slim and slender; however, we know that a healthy diet and dedicated fitness routine are the keys to weight-loss. But I believe there are inevitable times when we are too tired to go to the gym after a long hard day at work, not even we can count calories.

Well, I have to say I’m not a person who love wear high heels. Constantly, I am a lover of white sneaker. But honestly, high heels is also the best way to lengthen the leg line if you don’t wear the high-waist bottom.

However, you have to careful that you should not choose more than five centimeters with shoes. Excessive heel shoes will cause the calf muscles to burst. Not only does it wear pain, also it looks more uncomfortable.

I barely wear the high heel, so some times I wear the boots with five centimeters to lengthen the leg line.
